WHAT'S INCLUDED
Your monthly retainer covers:
• Print materials — brochures, flyers, event posters, stationery, business cards, etc...
• Digital materials — social media graphics, banners, newsletters, slide decks, email templates, etc...
• Strategy session — 1:1 monthly call to align on goals and priorities
THE DETAILS
• 3-month minimum commitment — After that, we’ll review your needs and adjust if necessary.
• Set hours each week — You’ll be notified if assigned work exceeds your plan so you can prioritize accordingly. Extra hours will be invoiced.
• Hours don’t roll over — Unused hours expire weekly to help us allocate time efficiently and keep your projects on track.
• Exclusions — Web design/redesign, brand identity, social media management (e.g. posting), and additional licensed assets (like fonts or stock photos) are not included.
FAQ
When will I be invoiced?
Monthly invoicing. Retainer packages are paid upfront on the 1st of each month (or from the agreed start date). It covers the retainer and any additional hours from the previous month.
Can I roll unused hours into the next month?
No — unused hours are reset at the end of each month to ensure we can reserve time for your current priorities and manage the workflow efficiently.
Who’s working on my project?
You’ll work directly with Korana. No outsourcing, no junior designers — all ideas, concepts, and execution come straight from the source.
Can I get extra design time if needed?
Absolutely. If your needs exceed your plan, we’ll let you know before any extra hours are billed.
